Each Set of Resistance Bands Contains Two Bands (except for the Youth Red Bands*)

Youth Yellow - (Beginner) Used primarily for young athletes or those weighing less than 110 lbs. They are shorter and provide better resistance for smaller/lighter athletes.

Youth Red - (Advanced) Used primarily for young athletes or those weighing less than 110 lbs. They are shorter like the yellow bands, but also a little stronger and provide more resistance. *A long red band is also included in this set and can be used in front if two short bands don't allow for full range of motion.

Red - (Light Stretching) Generally used for light stretching by those weighing over 110 lbs. 

Green - (Full Range of Motion) Front band is longer and back band is shorter. Used by those weighing over 110 lbs. They are longer and stronger and used for full range of motion training.

Blue - (Advanced Training/Power) Used for added resistance in advanced training.

    I like my bands a lot because they're helping with my hip flexors, hamstring, and lower body movement. I get to use them while I'm actually playing on the court too.

    I only gave it 3 stars because I only had it for a few weeks and it works for now. I had bought a green one and one of the band tore the first month. So just waiting to see how long this will last.

    I re-ordered bands because--wait for it--I WORE them OUT. That's how much I use them, and I use them for martial arts training. I can kick with so much more power than I did before. I kick my dojo-mates with enough sizzle to know them backwards. They are like, "What the h**l was that?" It's a great feeling. I recommend the bands!

    Been using the green and red for a group of football players I train. They began getting easier and I wanted to ramp up their program. The Blue bands did the trick. They crawled out of the gym after their last workout. Great product!!

    It's a good product so far as compare with other weight attach product which will slip downwards because of the gravity and heaviness pulling it down but this is good!!!

    Been using these for about a year now
    And I can not say enough about the effectiveness of the product
    I am just so surprised more people do not know about them
    I get the strangest looks at the gym when I jump on the Eliptical or Treadmill

    I love this product i take it everywhere with me and especially to tournaments for that extra pump and stretch before i compete and it helps so much with kick control and height this product is a excellent and preferred addition to any training routine and it also fits very well in your equipment bag

    I'm constantly trying to develope my training routine, so using the kbands, I ware them while on my minitrampoline and also while riding my bike. I find that I am better able to work my hip rotation, balance and thrust with the kbands resistance. After taking them off I am looser in hip area and my balance on ground has improved. I will continue to use kbands to come up with other training applications.

    The bands has helped me become quicker, but I bought three different sets from them breaking. They're not really durable. They also slide up my leg and pinch my skin. IRRITATING!!

    There was an issue with the bands sliding up or down on the legs when we first gave them a trial run. I don't know if this is something that can be avoided..kind of annoying.

    Is the sliding up the leg a big issue with these?

    Hey Coach

    you should put another strap or loop so the bands can go through them and not slide up on the legs!!! I am always stopping to adjust them during my workout:( Otherwise, this product works my hips and gluts very well.
