I purchased the k bands because I'm a 40 year old stay at home mother of 3 that needed a workout that I could do at home.
I'm 5'1 and weigh 120lbs.I wanted to tone and loose weight. I will say that I wasn't sure what the videos would be like but I was pleasantly surprised! I usually do 2 of the dvds in the morning. I get a great workout from the bands. At first I had to take breaks because the workouts really work your muscles and core. This is what I was hoping for. Now in my second week I can get through the exercises. I really look forward to each day of working out because I can see and feel a difference in my overall body. I would recommend the k bands and discs to anyone that wants a great workout.

I completed my 60 day KBands burn and lost 20 lbs. and 13.5 inches. I am going to begin another 60 days and want to incorporate the Kinetic Bands Upper Body.

I lost 8 lbs, 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 % body fat in 8 weeks and had a great time doing it! The workouts were hard but also fun and informative. I always thought I was working out right by doing the same thing over and over. Kbands Burn and the 60 day trainer changed my perception of how to work out and I got results faster than I expected. Changing things up with varying interval exercises and working out more efficiently was very beneficial for me. In addition, the group class workouts with Trevor were fun and very motivating. I also learned about ways to improve my eating habits. Small easy things to do like 5 smaller meals a day and cutting back on carborhdrates, especially in the evening, helped me get results. I intent to continue with KBands training, because it has made a difference for me.
